Each piece is made especially for you and shipped from our NY studio. Please allow one-two weeks time for your item to be sent out. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at info@brvtvs.com. All domestic orders are sent priority shipping and usually arrive 3-4 days after they have been shipped. International orders are sent express priority and arrive 5-14 business days after being shipped. We are not responsible for any international customs charges or import taxes.

return policy:
We want you to love your jewelry. We gladly accept returns or exhanges on unworn items 10 days after receipt. If you need a different size, please contact us for a custom order.
